gross but they work. I listened to those of you who told me they did. See I listen sometimes.

I'm tired. My arm hurts. I still have a lot to do. There's no ticket or flight plan yet for a certain Dude. Things are just yucky right now.

I'm back to the right side for the shots so I guess I'll do hip instead of arm this week. Not supposed to inject in a sore or something area. Makes sense huh? I don't hink I coud stick even the thinnest needle in my arm on that side right now.
