I will mention the thirst thing at my next doc appt. I don't see that as being a side affect of any of my meds. Is it effect? Whatever. Otherwise everything else is the same.

I talked to an old frined named Gail for a couple of hours last night. She was diagnosed before she quit her job with the commonwealth, I knew her from that lab...she was the gunshot residue analysis person, to move to PA to work for another forensics lab. She told me a lot of good info then we just chatted. It was nice to talk to her. The biggest thing she said was to ASK FOR HELP WHEN I NEED IT. That's not an easy thing to do. I remember swearing I was going to drive myself to the hospital when I was in labor. Yeah um that wouldn't have worked. You'd think I'd have learned. Obviously I didn't.

Dude has duty both days this weekend. Tomorrow he can take a bit of time to go to the gym so if he's game I'll take Meredith over there and they can go in the pool. When she's had enough we'll wtatch him swim laps. She usually likes it so maybe that'll work.
