A weekday off for Red....

which is wierd. I don't think any weekday holiday has ever fallen on a non-duty day for him. He's home today and that's cool. We're going to go to some old ship poeple's house this afternoon after Meredith naps for a bar b q. The chick is very kind and knows I don't do the cooking thing so we need to stop by Kroger or Farm Fresh on the way there for something to share. It's wierd b/c everyone there is a veteran except me. The chick was deployed when she was AD and all the guys were on the same ship and have deployed together at least twice and who knows how many times on other ships or IAs. They're all under 35 years old too. A very interestig perspective.

I need to sew his new rank on his uniforms....oh yeah he made first class on the last exam. GO RED! Which means I need to get the machine down. Which means I need to pick up all the needles that will fall out o fthe box. That's my free hour this afternoon.

Last night I didn't sleep well. Not an odd thing b/c I don't normally sleep well anymore. My hands still won't wake up, I had the pee and thirst issue (I think even on the days I don't type that I have it I just don't type it), I took 300mg neurontin. And I sure did wake up with a headache. THat's all I think...oh wait, left leg issues. I think maybe he'll up my neurontin next week. I know people who are on wayyyyyy larger doses than I am. I'm not so sure how that'll help my tired thing. OHOHOH and is it wierd to forget what you're saying in the middle of your sentence? I do that often.
