i had a dentist appt...no cavities. we went to music class. and we decided to rent not buy. do you know how difficult it is to get a mortgage when you only have a general poa? i never expected all these issues to come up and i can't do jack about them. geez.

i'm trying to find another house b/c the one i wanted should have a renter. blah.

everything else is the same. it's a shot day.
