so I have a delimma

Several children need assistance and I am available. BUT I already have green snot over nothing. I won't make it if I expose myself to too much shit. What to do what to do. I am almost positive what Dr S would say and I know he's right I just feel like turd for having to do it. BUT it's hard enough keeping myself healthy around little booger pickers.
